Essential oils can also be absorbed through the skin, where they travel through the bloodstream and can promote whole-body healing. A form of alternative medicine, Aromatherapy practice dates back to through the ages and through many cultures. It is used for a variety of purposes including mood enhancement, increased cognitive function and physical well being.
My sessions are enhanced with the healing properties of Aromatherapy, allowing your senses to embrace physically and emotionally the vibrational benefits of nature. I add Aromatherapy while we work with our various modalities, because it truly enhances all of the work we do together, and leaves you in a more blissful relaxed state both during and after our sessions.
