Each class offers Barre Toning or Dance style movement along with an arm weight series to get in shape with Grace and Fun! All you need is a chair or something sturdy to have a hand on, a few arm weights and some time to enjoy.
Each class offers exercises for all levels working on toning, strengthening, light arm weight options, posture realignment and stretching. A great way to stay healthy and strong at home.
Each class offers exercises for all levels working with strengthening, mobilizing and challenging stabilization by utilizing the Roller, Ball or Ring. Light arm weights may also be used.
